Valhalla came about in a thought many years ago. It's very Viking inspired and since the Giant breed is a very primitive, loyal and strong creature - somewhat like the Vikings- skip the loyal part the name suites our Giants perfect!
Mohair has been the fiction name of Anna's dogs since childhood. It could be Mo'Hair for  more hair or the description of the spun Afghan yarn - which comes very close to mohair yarn. Here we will try to present our dogs and our interests to you as good as we can. Our goal is to have happy and healthy dogs - if they look really good too - well that is a huge plus!
We live in Westchester County, New York and share our lives with five dogs.
Weekends are devoted to our hobby - dog activities! Conformation and lure coursing mostly but we are all working in agility and obedience as well. Anna was born into a dog loving family and Ben got his first Giant in 2002 after doing research on the breed for years.
Our families are spread out all over Europe so we try to travel every year to see them. Both of us love photography so there is a lot of nice pictures here we can share! Please read on about us on the pages to follow!
